Both Fat loss and Weight loss are important for overall health, but they refer to different things.

Weight loss simply refers to a reduction in body weight, which can be due to a loss of fat, muscle, or water weight. While losing weight can be beneficial for individuals who are overweight or obese, it is not always an accurate indicator of health.

On the other hand, fat loss refers specifically to a reduction in body fat, which is often associated with improved health outcomes such as a decreased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and some types of cancer.

In general, a focus on fat loss rather than just weight loss is more beneficial for overall health. This can be achieved through a combination of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. However, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

All you organs breathe

Every organ has its own unique mobility like for example uterus contracts and relaxes same action overies has. Heart beats like lub dubb due to which it pumps the blood in circulatory system. calf muscle during its movement help the blood to go back to the heart.

If these organs are surrounded with extra fat then its movement get restricted and in chronic conditions it may landed up into diseases like PCOS, Infertility.

Even the arteries surrounded with fat got the pressure from outside and in long term it converted in blood pressure ( inner blockage outer pressure leads to the blood pressure )

Fat in the liver leads to the fatty liver.

In Body Composition Analysis, normally body fat should be 15-20% and the other weight should be from fat free weight like bone mass lean muscle mass, body water, tissues.

Weight loss can be done with fat-loss or muscle loss ? which is right way

when its muscle loss then you start look diseased .Hair fall is very common . Even this condition may be due to protein energy malnutrition.

Balance nutrition is the most important part of fat-loss.

Balancing your plate with all macronutrient like Carbohydrates, protein, fat, minerals, vitamins is very important .
